Manage weld shop personnel Oversee daily welding operations Making sure all employees maintain and meet daily production schedules set Training new hires Reading cut list and build sheets Evaluating performance and providing feedback Assigning daily task Mentoring welders and helping them grow Quality control of product produced in their work area Monitoring productivity daily and helping with efficiency gains Hours of operation are Monday•Friday 7:00am•4:30 pm

$48,000.00•$56,000.00 per year
