The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the restaurant leadership team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires strong leadership skills, a passion for restaurant service, and the ability to manage various administrative tasks effectively. This position will go through a training period on the floor as a bartender and server to learn the full operating experience before graduating to assistant manager. Duties Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels for optimal customer service. Support the team in achieving sales targets through effective coaching and motivation. Maintain accurate employee records. Assist in the hiring process of new staff members. Provide training to new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborate with the store manager on administrative tasks including reporting and budgeting. Cover shifts as needed, must have bartending experience. Skills Proven experience in dine-in restaurant management. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse group of employees. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of service.
