Mingle with property leaders and the recruiting team to discuss internship opportunities for Summer 2024! PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

Internship Program

• Immersion program offering participants work experience in one specific department
• Three-to-six-month program
• Comprehensive onboarding
• Participating in operational duties within assigned department
• eLearning opportunities
• Virtual Meetings with site and company leaders Successful College Interns will be given a high level of consideration when applying for future career opportunities with Marriott Vacation Club. Internship Positions

• Safety & Security Internship Program Requirements
• Candidate should be pursuing a college degree
• Preferred candidates pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Business Internship Perks

(Wages vary by location) $1,000 SIGN

ON BONUS

This bonus is for new hires and rehires. Internal candidates are excluded. Payment will be one-time payment processed within the first two pay cycles (30 days from start date) For Internships in California, the wage range is $17.00 - $23.60/hour depending on location and department. For Internships in Colorado, the wage range is $20.00 - $21.50/hour depending on location and department.
