Dairy Queen- Assistant Managers

Assistant Manager As our company continues to grow we are looking for the perfect people to add to our team.

Responsibilities include:

Manage daily restaurant operations including: Scheduling, Hiring, Training, and Development in team members. Work lunch, dinner, and weekends monitoring quality of food and service. Ensure restaurant is staffed with 100% quality team members. Ensure full implementation of new hire orientation training program. Oversee all store ordering, truck delivery, and inventory. Supervise and motivate team members and shift leaders. Have a good working knowledge of all equipment and maintenance. Good communication skills. Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times.

MUST HAVE PAST MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE. HS

diploma; must complete in house manager training certificate program upon hiring. Must have ability to operate technology efficiently and effectively.

Pay:
