Overview We are looking for an energetic and bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead our Cricket Wireless store. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a diverse team, and ensure outstanding customer service. Your leadership will drive sales, optimize store performance, and foster a positive shopping environment for all customers. Duties Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, and developing team members to achieve sales goals and deliver excellent customer service Manage inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and merchandising to maximize sales and ensure product availability Oversee retail sales activities, including cashiering, POS transactions, and cash handling procedures with accuracy and integrity Implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients Conduct employee orientation, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations to promote a motivated and skilled team Handle scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing to maintain smooth store operations Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements Qualifications Proven management experience in retail sales or wireless industry with supervisory responsibilities Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required) Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, customer service, and conflict resolution Knowledge of inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math principles Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development, and employee orientation Ability to manage budgets, perform retail bookkeeping tasks, and handle cash accurately Skilled in merchandising, marketing initiatives, and store presentation strategies Organizational skills with a focus on time management and multitasking in a fast-paced environment Previous assistant manager or supervisory experience preferred; familiarity with wireless sales is a plus Join us as a Bilingual Retail Store Manager to lead our team toward success! $40,094.46 - $45,511.61 per year
