Oversee cash handling, POS transactions, and payroll processing with accuracy and integrity. Experience Proven assistant manager or key holder experience within a retail environment, preferably in luxury or boutique settings. Strong management skills with demonstrated success in supervising teams and managing store operations. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse clientele. Skilled in retail math, sales management, merchandising, inventory control, and POS systems. Experience with employee recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and payroll administration. Knowledge of retail sales techniques including negotiation, upselling, and customer service excellence. Familiarity with budgeting, cash handling procedures, stock replenishment, and store merchandising standards.
