Job Description
Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter, a well-established and respected law firm in a multi-state area with multiple locations throughout Georgia is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Real Estate Pre-Closer to join our fast-paced Tucker closings office. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service to real estate agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout the closing process. Key Responsibilities (but not limited to): Open and manage residential real estate closing files from contract to closing Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, buyers, sellers, and title underwriters Order title work and assist with title clearance and lender requirements Order and verify payoffs, HOA letter, taxes, wire instructions, and transaction details Schedule closings and maintain Outlook calendar coordination Prepare and distribute title documents, ALTA statements, and lender packages Maintain organized and accurate files within SoftPro and office systems Ensure deadlines are met in a high-volume closing environment Communicate proactively and professionally with all parties to keep transactions moving smoothly
Qualifications:
Minimum of three years of prior preclosing/closing experience in a real estate law firm Strong customer service and excellent communication skills Ability to multitask and manage numerous files simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills Familiarity with SoftPro preferred Professional, personable, hardworking, and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure

Salary:
