Job Description

Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Lead to support daily warehouse and inspection operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting production teams, ensuring quality standards are met, and promoting a safe and organized workplace. 2nd & 3rd shift available!
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and monitor activities within assigned work areas or inspection tables Oversee inspection processes and support production personnel throughout the shift Ensure customer and production requirements are completed accurately and on time Lead by example through professionalism, organization, and strong housekeeping practices Ensure employees follow all workplace safety procedures and policies Report accidents, incidents, or safety concerns immediately to management Prepare shift start-up activities including paperwork, table setup, and job requirements Ensure proper tools and materials are available for all assigned tasks Provide on-the-job training and instruction for employees as needed Communicate procedures and expectations clearly to team members Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to supervisors or management Report policy or procedure violations when necessary Support all quality, safety, and operational initiatives
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or team lead experience preferred Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks efficiently Reliable attendance and strong attention to detail IND2
