Full-Time Assistant Manager / Garden Specialist

Position Overview You will handle:

Assisting customers with questions and basic product guidance Answering phones and providing support Cashiering Stocking and organizing merchandise (up to 80 lbs) Loading soil/products into customer vehicles (up to 80 lbs) Cleaning and maintaining the shop Opening and/or closing procedures Forklift operation Required Schedule You must be available Monday-Friday, 8:45 AM to 5:15 PM (Exact schedule may vary; no exceptions.) Must‑Have Requirements Arrive on time, every time Must pass reference check Able to stand/walk for most of the shift Reliable transportation Strong communication and customer‑service skills Stay productive throughout the shift Can follow instructions and complete tasks without reminders Follow established procedures Maintain a steady, solutions‑focused attitude Be comfortable with physical work 30-Minute On-Site Lunch Break This job is NOT a good fit if you: Need constant supervision Prefer a slow or low‑activity work environment Struggle with physical labor Have frequent schedule conflicts Use your phone often during work hours Bring negativity, drama, or attitude to the workplace Compensation Competitive hourly pay Overtime pay Health Insurance Benefits Employee discount

$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
