The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the title processing department, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of title documentation, and leading a team of title professionals. This role requires strategic planning, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage high-volume workflows while maintaining quality standards. The Title Manager will collaborate with internal departments and external partners to optimize processes and drive business growth. Duties Lead and manage a large team of title professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental objectives Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance title processing efficiency and accuracy Oversee the preparation and review of title documentation to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to streamline processes and resolve issues Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the team adapts to new requirements Prepare and manage reports to support business planning Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and legal regulations affecting the department.
