JOB FUNCTIONS

: The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not necessarily limited to: Work with the Store Manager to ensure that all aspects of the store are operating smoothly and in the best interest of the Company, its employees and its customers. Responsible for effectively leading, motivating, developing and managing a team. This includes sales associates, sales supervisors and in some cases an assistant manager. Demonstrates excellent Sales Lead behaviors and is responsible for the total store results. Create a culture that ensures customer service and high performance is the focus of all activities. Ensure all sales hours are properly scheduled and staffed by self and team.
