Retail Store Manager - Anchor Cove Shopping Center (Lihue, Kauai)
Salary:

We are looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Store Manager to lead our team at our Anchor Cove location in Lihue, Kauai. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced retail leader who enjoys building relationships, coaching employees, driving sales, and creating a fun, positive store culture. Our Anchor Cove store is a smaller, boutique-style location where you can make a meaningful impact on both your team and your customers every day. What You'll Do Lead, coach, and develop a team committed to delivering world-class customer service Drive sales performance and achieve store goals Create an engaging, positive, and productive work environment Recruit, train, and retain top talent Manage daily store operations, merchandising, and inventory controls Ensure every customer receives friendly, personalized service with Aloha What We're Looking For Previous retail management or leadership experience Strong customer service and relationship-building skills A passion for coaching and developing employees Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to motivate a team and drive results Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Compensation & Bonus Potential Base Salary:
