Store Manager

Store Managers are responsible for the overall smooth, and efficient operation of the store. This role oversees daily activities, supervises assistant managers and team members, and ensures all departments are operating effectively. Responsibilities include coordinating store operations, managing inventory and purchasing, supporting budgeting efforts, and handling employee relations matters. In addition to supervisory duties, the Store Manager is expected to lead by example, maintain high service standards, and drive team performance. Availability to work afternoon and evening shifts, as well as weekends, is required.
