Support and assist in leading daily store operations Help coach, train, and develop team members Maintain high standards for guest service and store presentation Assist with inventory management, merchandising, and in-stock conditions Help drive sales growth and operational goals Ensure company policies and operational procedures are followed Monitor daily performance and support labor management Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment Step in to support leadership responsibilities as neededWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
