Job Description
Papa Murphy's is hiring Assistant Managers, Shift Leads, and Crew Members for 3 of our locations in Urbandale IA, Clive IA and Ankeny IA We are looking for dependable, friendly team members who enjoy working with people, staying busy, and being part of a team. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Pay depends on position and experience. Why Work With Us? Papa Murphy's is a take-and-bake pizza company, which means we prepare fresh pizzas for customers to bake at home. There are no grills, fryers, grease, or hot kitchen work. We also close at 8:00 PM, so there are no late-night shifts.
Open Positions:
Assistant Manager Assistant Managers help support the Store Manager with daily store operations, team leadership, customer service, food quality, cleanliness, training, day prep work, and making sure the store runs smoothly.Preferred experience:
At least 1 year of restaurant, retail, food service, or leadership experience. Shift Lead Shift Leads help run scheduled shifts, keep the team on task, provide great customer service, complete day prep work, and make sure store standards are followed. Shift Leads should be comfortable opening and closing the store.Preferred experience:
At least 6 months of restaurant, retail, food service, or leadership experience. Crew Member Crew Members help with customer service, making pizzas, day prep work, preparing ingredients, keeping the store clean, and supporting the team during each shift. No experience is required. We are happy to train the right person.We're Looking For People Who Are:
