Responsibilities Supervise daily shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service delivery Lead and motivate team members by providing training, coaching, and ongoing development in food preparation, customer service, and safety protocols Oversee food handling and preparation processes to maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and food safety compliance Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and reducing waste to optimize profitability Operate POS systems and handle cash Ensure quick service by coordinating team efforts during peak hours while maintaining a friendly atmosphere Make trips to local store purchase items for the store. Requirements Previous experience in food service or retail (supervisory experience preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Basic math and cash-handling skills Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Positive attitude and team-oriented mindse
