Key Responsibilities:

Opening and closing the store, including handling cash transactions and ensuring security protocols are followed Supervising and motivating a team of retail associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service Keeping the store clean and organized Resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and efficient manner Executing store policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a retail environment, with at least 1 year in a leadership role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and organizational abilities Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Passion for thrift shopping and sustainable fashion Applicants will be required to complete a background check to be considered for this position.
