As an Assistant Store Manager , you'll gain hands-on experience running a fast-paced automotive service shop while building the skills to lead your own team. Requirements:
What You'll Do In this role, you'll work side-by-side with an experienced Store Manager to learn the ins and outs of the business while making a real impact from day one.
You will:
Help lead daily shop operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and profitability Deliver a top-notch customer experience that keeps people coming back Train, coach, and support team members to build a strong, positive culture Contribute to meeting and exceeding sales and performance goals Help improve processes and ensure smooth, consistent operations What We're Looking For You don't need to know everything on day one—we'll train you. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to learn.
