• Responsibilities:

• Meet or exceed established sales goals within designated timeframes.
• Assess customer needs and provide customized solutions.
• Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to clients.
• Negotiate with clients utilizing a "top-down selling" approach.
• Participate actively in sales meetings and on-site training sessions.
• Prepare sales reports and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and achieve sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and proper phone etiquette in all customer interactions.
