Assistant Hardgoods Manager:

Full Time Qualifications:

Interpersonal and customer service skills includes: high integrity, respect for all, appreciation of diversity Strong critical and analytical thinking skills Ability to perform basic math calculations Desire to give customers a high degree of service Ability to positively represent the ministry of Fresh Start and its mission Ability to operate a computerized Point of Sale register system Can physically lift 50 pounds Ability to lift, stand, and stoop for long periods of time

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations on the hardgoods side of the store Assist General Manager in planning, prioritizing employees/volunteers to daily job duties Train, demonstrate, advise, assist employees/volunteers on customer service, cash register, stocking, pricing, cleaning and safety Coordinate and help with homeware/decor and furniture sales in store Order supplies that are used on a weekly basis All other duties as assigned
