Key Responsibilities Exemplify and drive our focus to provide extraordinary service to our customers - Service is the Difference! Understand our customers wants and needs and continuously seek new and better ways to meet those needs Drive continuous improvement of the local market operating plan and business results Job Tasks and Responsibilities Lead efforts to ensure outstanding customer service in all that we do! Maximize store's sales and financial performance Hire, train and develop customer-focused associates Monitor and manage inventory levels Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards Ensure the highest safety standards are followed! Manage store's daily accounting functions Monitor and collect accounts receivable Implement loss prevention procedures Ensure maintenance of building and equipment Conduct weekly store meetings Requirements Must be passionate about understanding and meeting the needs of our customers! High school diploma or equivalent. College degree a plus! Demonstrated leadership and management skills Strong business acumen required, preferably with strong auto parts knowledge/background Strong communication skills and a love of engaging with people! Ability to provide strong leadership to the operation to create a high-performance team through customer focus, open communication, coaching and listening Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings and weekends Physical Requirements Lifting of a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis.
