Job Description

Overview We are seeking an experienced retail operations leader to oversee the performance, profitability, staffing, merchandising, inventory management, and customer experience of a growing multi-location retail business. This position is responsible for driving sales growth, controlling payroll expenses, improving operational efficiency, developing management staff, and ensuring company standards are consistently executed across all locations. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can hold employees accountable, develop management teams, solve operational problems, and execute company objectives without requiring constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and oversight for multiple retail locations. Manage and develop store managers, key holders, department heads, and support staff. Establish and monitor sales goals, labor targets, and operational performance metrics. Review payroll weekly and ensure labor expenses remain within company targets. Conduct regular store audits focused on cleanliness, merchandising, customer service, inventory accuracy, and operational execution. Ensure freight processing, stocking, and inventory management standards are consistently followed. Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and employee development efforts. Improve employee accountability through performance reviews, coaching, and corrective action when necessary. Monitor inventory accuracy, shrink control, and replenishment processes. Work closely with ownership to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements. Travel between locations on a regular basis. Qualifications Minimum 5 years retail management experience. Multi-unit retail management experience preferred. Proven history of improving sales, profitability, labor efficiency, and operational execution. Strong leadership and employee development skills. Ability to analyze financial reports, labor reports, and operational metrics. Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities. Experience managing teams of 20+ employees preferred. Pay:
$55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
