Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

The Assistant Manager will be responsible for assisting in any and all job functions that contribute to the successful operation of MacKenzie River Pizza. This position will have the opportunity to lead and support an exceptional team of unique individuals. The Assistant Manager will assist in coordinating and overseeing all restaurant operations, including customer service, employment development/relations, product development, and administrative requirements.

Preferred Experience:

A minimum of 2+ years of experience managing in a full-service dining environment is preferred Must possess exemplary leadership skills and be able to help lead a team of 50+ employees Must have detailed and diverse food and beverage experience and knowledge Must have a working knowledge of restaurant POS systems Must have experience with internet software, spreadsheet, and word processing software Restaurant financial (i.e., P&L) experience and knowledge are preferred
