What You'll Do:

Lead daily operations and mentor a skilled team of Technicians and Advisors Drive sales, shop performance, and customer satisfaction Oversee KPIs, staffing, workflow, and revenue goals Build a positive, accountable, growth-minded shop culture Represent an established brand with industry-leading NPS scores and glowing Google reviews
