Weld Shop Foreman/Supervisor

IMPORTANT

We require our supervisors to pass a weld test, which needs to be conducted at our main shop in Portage, UT. After the weld test, an in person interview will take place. We are looking for a SHOP welding supervisor with 5+ years' experience as a supervisor. Ideally experienced in welding shop management, welding handrail, and welding stairs, with a background experience in multiple welding processes. The main job requirements are to manage a crew of up to 5 welders, complete daily reports, turn in receipts, and complete incident report paperwork.

$27-$35 per hour depending on experience

Schedule:

Full-time 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday, weekends as needed. We occasionally need to up hours, in which case overtime is paid. Must be able to accurately read blueprints. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation. Must be able to walk, squat, kneel, and stand for long periods of time
