Warehouse Lead (Retail Department) - 2nd Shift The Warehouse team is seeking a 2nd Shift Warehouse Lead to assist with the coordination and monitoring of the daily operations of the Warehouse department by providing work leadership to the Warehouse team. This is a great opportunity to join our 2nd shift with $1.00 differential - 2:00-10:30pm teams! As a Warehouse Lead, you will Monitor and supervise assigned team ensuring all employees are working safely and efficiently while staying on task Participate in daily shift meetings to share any pertinent information or issues between shifts, promoting interaction and communication between all three shifts and related departments Coordinate and assign all team members their daily tasks Be sure pickers and packers are accurate and productive Receive and appropriately react to all department related reports Email any and all necessary parties with regard to product and personnel issues Package various products to order specifications Work as part of a team to ensure efficiency when processing orders Train new and existing team members on company and departmental policies and procedures, including safety protocols; enforce all company policies, procedures, and protocols Follow all safety and company procedures while performing work duties Perform other duties as assigned, both within and outside of the department Qualifications Experience using an RF Scanner Ability to read and understand verbal and written work orders/instructions Strong knowledge of safety practices and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries Must possess a high degree of attention to detail to avoid shortages, delays, work stoppages, and other issues that lead to downtime or efficiency loss Dependable, with an excellent attendance record Able to stand for the duration of the shift; lift and move up to 20lbs High school diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required Epicor experience is a plus Authorized to work in the United States Why you ll love working at WeatherTech WeatherTech is proud to offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package, opportunities for internal promotions and skill development, and a clean and safe workspace.
