Job Description

Are you a self-driven, detail-oriented professional with a passion for sales and a knack for keeping things spotless? We're looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to run our appliance retail store. As the sole person on-site, you will be the heart and soul of our business, responsible for:
Driving Sales:
Providing an exceptional, one-on-one customer experience from the moment a client walks in the door. Your ability to connect with customers will be key to meeting and exceeding sales goals.
Store Upkeep:
Taking full ownership of the store's appearance, both inside and out. This includes keeping the showroom, inventory, and even the parking lot clean and well-organized to ensure the best possible customer experience.
Store Operations:
Managing all aspects of the location independently, from opening to closing, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives on autonomy and takes pride in their work. We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an exciting SPIF bonus program that directly rewards your individual performance and success.
