Nurse Manager COLLABORATES WITH
Service Coordinators, NPs, RNs and LMTs An Assistant Store Manager's principal goal is to support Chicago leadership in driving a profitable and customer-centric environment while supporting the overall flow + experience of retail and services within Clean Market, and the total business operation. This position demands strong leadership, responsibility for maintaining store standards, and ensuring facilities are always up to date, safe, and running smoothly. As a key leader within our teams, you'll also be expected to be the "adult in the room," setting the tone for professionalism and accountability and any needed disciplinary measures in the absence of the Nurse Manager. SALES + PROFITABILITY
Supports Nurse Manager and Lead LMT in achieving monthly sales goals Supports Nurse Manager and Lead LMT in their action plans to impact sales results on a weekly and monthly basis Communicates feedback, solution-based ideas, and allocation needs to the Nurse Manager OPERATIONS
Ensure the store operates in a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Oversee daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, ensuring all tasks are completed thoroughly and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all store equipment, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing repairs as needed. Ensure the timely execution of stock-to-sales processes, including receiving, stocking, and displaying merchandise. Support inventory management to minimize shrinkage and optimize product flow. Collaborate with Facilities and PR teams to coordinate store maintenance, deliveries, and influencer/press appointments. Lead by example in executing all operational tasks with precision, setting the standard for the rest of the team. Serve as a point of contact for any facilities-related concerns, making sure the store is always in top shape for both staff and customers. Ensure all visual displays within the space are set to standard and maintained. MEDICAL / NUTRIDRIP OPERATIONS
Assists Nurse Manager in scheduling and managing the Zenoti calendar to ensure the lounge is appropriately staffed. Notifies the Nurse Manager when medical deliveries are received. Communicates concerns or issues that arise with Service Coordinators in relation to medical staff or procedures. Provides support to in-lounge guests when needed Helps with keeping lounge and in-rooms clean and tidy Adding Medical deliveries to End of Day report RETAIL OPERATIONS
Oversees stock-to-sales processes including ordering, receiving, and preparing retail product for sales floor Maintains efficient inventory controls within the retail business unit Assists with quarterly inventory counts, including keeping back stock organized and tidy for smooth operations Helps keep storage area clean and tidy after unpacking shipments Assists with visual merchandising including monthly store flips according to standards CUSTOMER SERVICE
Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all guests have a positive experience and that customer concerns are promptly addressed. Build strong relationships with customers, providing product recommendations and personalized service to meet their unique needs. Promote a customer-centric environment where every team member is empowered to engage meaningfully with guests and create lasting connections. Share constructive feedback with team members and leadership to improve overall customer satisfaction and store operations. Foster a warm and welcoming environment for all customers, ensuring that every guest leaves feeling valued. Focus on membership sales and relationship management, and promote this idea throughout the greater store team. LEADERSHIP
Serve as a mentor and role model for the entire team, leading with integrity and upholding all company policies and procedures. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, setting clear expectations for performance and behavior. Exhibit strong decision-making skills, confidently taking initiative and solving problems in real-time. Manage the store with an "adult in the room" mentality, handling difficult situations with professionalism and ensuring that the store runs smoothly at all times. REQUIREMENTS
High school graduate or equivalent Preferably 1-2 years of spa or comparable experience Connection to Clean Market's wellness driven mission Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment Possesses strong assessment and decision-making skills Ability to lift up to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds CLEAN MARKET OFFERS
