Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Medical Clinic Linen Storekeeper to manage the storage, handling, and distribution of linen supplies within our healthcare facility. In this vital role, you will ensure that clean linens, towels, gowns, and other fabric items are properly stored, maintained, and readily available to support the daily operations of the clinic. Your dedication to cleanliness, organization, and efficiency will contribute significantly to providing a comfortable and hygienic environment for patients and staff alike. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and organize incoming linen supplies, ensuring quality and accuracy of deliveries Maintain an organized inventory system for all linen stock, tracking usage and replenishment needs Distribute linens promptly to various departments according to daily requirements Ensure all linens are properly washed, dried, folded, and stored in accordance with hygiene standards Conduct regular cleaning and sanitation of linen storage areas to uphold health and safety protocols Assist with laundry processes including sorting, dry cleaning, and quality control of fabric items Keep detailed records of linen stock levels, usage patterns, and replenishment schedules Requirements Prior experience in laundry services or linen management within a healthcare or hotel environment is preferred Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and dry cleaning procedures Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage inventory efficiently Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy linen bundles and standing for extended periods Attention to detail to ensure linens meet cleanliness and quality standards Good communication skills for coordinating with staff across departments Familiarity with cleaning protocols and safety procedures in a clinical setting Join us in delivering exceptional service by ensuring our linens are always fresh, clean, and ready for use.
