Shop Manager — Leadership Organization High Standards We're looking for a driven, organized, and experienced Shop Manager to help lead our team and keep our shop running at a high level. You must be someone who takes ownership, keeps people accountable, and maintains a clean and efficient workflow every single day. What You'll Do Oversee daily shop operations and keep jobs moving smoothly Hold the team accountable for performance, productivity, and quality Make sure vehicles are diagnosed, approved, and completed on time Communicate with the Service Advisor and technicians throughout the day Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment Track efficiency, workflow, and shop productivity Support training, coaching, and development of team members Solve problems quickly and keep customers satisfied What We Expect From You Honesty — lead with integrity Respect — treat the team and customers the right way Urgency — keep the shop moving fast and efficiently Punctuality — show up early, prepared, and consistent Organization — manage workflow, tools, bays, and time effectively Strong mechanical knowledge (diagnostics + repair process) Experience in shop management or lead tech position Ability to manage multiple jobs and technicians at once Leadership mindset — not just a manager, but someone who sets the tone Hungry, motivated, and committed to helping the shop grow
