HVAC & Electrical Service Manager Collinsville, IL $70,000 - $80,000 per year DOE + incentives and bonuses Job Overview Tiger Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning & Electrical Services is seeking an experienced HVAC & Electrical Service Manager to lead residential service teams. This role focuses on daily field operations, technician development, job quality, and overall service performance in a fast-paced, growing environment. What You'll Do Lead HVAC and Electrical service technicians in daily operations Oversee scheduling, dispatch flow, and job completion Ensure jobs are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards Coach, train, and develop technicians in the field Monitor productivity, efficiency, and job performance metrics Support resolution of escalated customer issues Coordinate with dispatch, sales, and install teams Maintain safety compliance and company standards What You'll Bring Strong background in HVAC and/or Electrical service or installation Prior leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Residential service experience strongly preferred Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer $70,000 - $80,000 per year DOE Incentive pay and performance-based bonuses Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off + paid holidays Retirement plan options About Us We are a fast-growing home services company committed to quality work, strong customer relationships, and developing top-performing technicians and leaders.
