Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza in Decatur, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our 2504 N Water St location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the store, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our team to success.
Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing proceduresManage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptlyHandle cash management and financial transactions accuratelyAssist in inventory management and supply orderingCoordinate and participate in food preparation and delivery processesImplement and maintain cleanliness and food safety standardsSupport the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goalsTrain and develop new team membersCreate employee schedules and manage staffing levelsAssist in marketing and promotional activities to drive salesQualificationsProven experience in customer service, preferably in the food service or retail industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficiency in cash handling and basic math skillsAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with a focus on maintaining high quality standardsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysProblem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisionsKnowledge of food safety regulations and practicesProficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applicationsPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plusPositive attitude and ability to create a friendly work atmosphere
