Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dispensary AIC/Team Lead to help oversee daily operations within our dispensary. This role is essential in ensuring a smooth, compliant, and customer-focused environment. As a supporting leader, you will manage staff, coordinate inventory, and uphold the highest standards of service and safety. Your energetic approach will inspire your team to deliver exceptional experiences while maintaining operational excellence. Duties Lead and supervise dispensary staff, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a high-performing team. Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, and shift management to ensure efficiency and compliance. Manage inventory control, including ordering, stocking, merchandising, and tracking product movement to prevent shortages or overstocking. Handle customer service interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm, addressing questions and resolving issues promptly. Conduct employee orientation, interviewing potential candidates, and participating in recruiting efforts to build a strong team. Maintain accurate cash handling procedures, payroll records, bookkeeping tasks, and POS (Point of Sale) system operations. Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase sales and customer engagement while ensuring adherence to legal regulations. Skills Strong leadership skills with proven experience in supervising teams within retail or similar environments. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer interactions. Proficiency in inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and retail math to optimize store performance. Skilled in negotiation, employee training & development, and managing payroll or budgeting processes. Experience with POS systems, cashiering, stock management, merchandising, and retail sales techniques.
