Job Description

Job DescriptionDomino's in East Alton, United States, is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Oversee daily store operations, including shift management and employee supervisionEnsure high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service are maintainedManage financial transactions and handle cash responsiblyTrain and mentor team members to foster a positive work environmentAssist in inventory management and supply orderingResolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficientlyImplement and maintain cleanliness and organization standards throughout the storeCollaborate with the store manager to achieve sales targets and operational goalsAssist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needsPerform hands-on tasks such as food preparation, order taking, and delivery coordination when necessaryQualificationsProven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industryStrong leadership and team management skillsExcellent customer service orientation with a friendly and professional demeanorProficiency in cash handling and basic financial managementSolid math and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesKnowledge of food safety regulations and practicesPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or hospitality is a plusAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
