What You'll Do:

As an Assistant Manager, you'll lead from the front, balancing guest experience, team development, and performance execution.

You will:

Support the Site Manager in daily operations and overall site performance. Lead shifts with clarity, positivity, and accountability. Train, coach, and mentor team members to deliver friendly, efficient service. Reinforce a service-first, sales-driven culture that drives membership growth. Confidently coach teams on promoting and selling club plans. Manage opening/closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming site environment. Model professionalism, uphold standards, and keep the team aligned.

What You Bring:
