Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Assistant Manager to join our team at 1001 W Fayette Ave. in Effingham, United States. In this role, you will support the store manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving team performance.

Assist in managing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflowSupport the store manager in achieving sales targets and implementing company policiesSupervise and motivate staff members to maintain high performance standardsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve issues promptlyParticipate in inventory management and stock controlAssist in staff scheduling, training, and developmentEnsure compliance with health, safety, and security regulationsContribute to creating a positive work environment and fostering team collaborationPerform administrative tasks such as reporting and record-keepingStep in for the store manager when necessaryQualificationsProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesStrong problem-solving and decision-making skillsCustomer service-oriented mindsetProficiency in time management and multitaskingComputer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office suiteHigh school diploma or equivalentFlexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
