Week Delivery:

Smart, Virtual-First Travel:
Travel only when necessary (approx. 2-3 times a month across North America). We prioritize closing deals efficiently via digital/virtual tools. Job Responsibilities As an Assistant Sales Manager , you will act as a consultative solution advisor, balancing direct OEM account management and distributor (channel) support. Manage and nurture existing distributor networks and direct OEM accounts across the territory. Review technical drawings, customer specifications, and RFQs to recommend optimal product configurations from the component catalog. Collaborate closely with internal operations and engineering teams to ensure short lead times and exceptional customer satisfaction. Utilize modern sales strategies and virtual meeting tools to efficiently expand and service the North American market.
Qualifications Experience:
Approx. 5 years of professional experience in B2B sales or application engineering within industrial automation, machinery, or components (e.g., valves, fittings, couplings, sensors, fluid power).
Channel Familiarity:
Experience working with both industrial distributors and direct OEM/end-user accounts.
Personality & Alignment:
A strong team player who communicates transparently, values a supportive culture, and prefers consultative relationship-building over aggressive, high-pressure selling.
Travel Readiness:
Willingness to travel 2-3 times a month within the US, Canada, and Mexico (while prioritizing virtual solutions for day-to-day business).
