As a leader of our SPARKS Crew, you will help to guide the crew of our theater who are customer service professionals that are passionate, respectful, kind, service minded and accountable! Yes, it's a movie theater but we intend to build it into much more and want your help! Spirituality is key to the foundation of our theater. We embrace all elements of beliefs, but we do find that our guiding path is rooted in faith. Our business is based on the tenants of the Bahá'í faith and which embraces respect, unity and inclusion. Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds but are all comfortable with the conversations around spirituality. As a movie theater, we generally have 2 shifts between the hours of 11 am and 11pm Tuesday - Sunday. Managers do have meetings and occasional work on Monday. Availability at all times is essential, although you will be generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week. This is a

Some specific tasks of our Assistant Manager will include: Responsible for all facets of theatre operations during shift. Ensure that Company policies are communicated, implemented, and enforced Ensure safety of employees, guests, and vendors by following safety practices and procedures, including inspections and follow-through. Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for guests by greeting, anticipating needs, exceeding expectations and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service. Execute systems and processes that keep the theatre running smoothly. Ensure that all movies are started on time and working properly during shift Assign work assignment for shift. Customer relations as needed. Ensure all areas are clean and to standard Guide and mentor team members to be their best

Qualifications:

Be an individual that loves engaging with a diverse population and has an entrepreneurial spirit to help us shape this new concept. Previous experience in client facing organizations with responsibilities as a lead or key holder are preferred.
