Run shifts efficiently while maintaining high operational standards and ensuring all store procedures are followed Lead, motivate, and support team members through coaching, feedback, and performance management Manage cash handling, reconciliation, and financial transactions with accuracy and transparency Interact professionally with customers and employees, resolving concerns with empathy and decisiveness Answer phones, take orders, and provide outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations Oversee store cleanliness, organization, and maintenance of all areas Assist with scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members Analyze store performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement Handle physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds regularly Support inventory management and stock organization Communicate clearly with management regarding operational challenges and successes Qualifications
