Your Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager, you'll help keep the site operating smoothly and inspire your team to perform with excellence.

You will:

Support the Site Manager in every aspect of daily operations. Lead shifts, guide team members, and keep communication clear and steady throughout the day. Train and mentor employees to deliver exceptional service and represent the brand with confidence. Oversee opening/closing duties, deposits, and operational checklists. Strengthen a service-focused, sales-minded culture that drives membership success. Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized site environment.

Compensation & Perks:
