What You'll Do:

Lead daily operations during your shift, ensuring efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. Close the site with confidence, keeping operations running like clockwork. Supervise, mentor, and motivate team members to perform at their best. Maintain cleanliness, labor control, and operational excellence that Sparkle is known for. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally. Support inventory management and assist in training new employees. Earn commission on club plans - all employees, management and non-management, are eligible!
