Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at our Mount Vernon, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the store's daily operations, leading team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving business objectivesLead, motivate, and develop a team of sales associates to meet performance goalsEnsure high standards of customer service are maintained throughout the storeManage inventory, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandiseImplement and maintain visual merchandising standardsHandle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional mannerAssist in hiring, training, and scheduling of staffEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulationsAnalyze sales data and implement strategies to improve store performanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe store environmentQualificationsProven experience in retail management or a similar customer-facing roleStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent customer service skills and a passion for creating positive customer experiencesProficiency in operational management, including inventory control and cash handlingDemonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systemsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysPhysical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 poundsAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
