Job Description

You'll be responsible for setting & implementing the sales strategies and objectives, identifying sales targets, and evaluating the team's sales performance to help us achieve our sales goals. Compensation:
$90,000 - $125,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to consistently meet and exceed sales targets Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and implement strategies to drive results Develop and execute sales plans, promotions, and client outreach initiatives Analyze KPIs and sales metrics to identify opportunities for growth Team Development Recruit, train, and mentor sales associates to enhance product knowledge and selling skills Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable feedback Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence Operations & Compliance Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and security protocols Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical sales practices Collaborate with senior leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and business planning Buying, Repairs & Service Coordination Oversee gold, silver, and estate buying from the public, ensuring fair pricing and strong margins Work closely with jewelers to manage repair intake, timelines, and quality control Communicate clearly with clients about repair expectations and completion
Qualifications:
Qualifications 3-7+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail Previous leadership experience in a small business or boutique environment strongly preferred Strong knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and precious metals (GIA certification a plus) Experience with custom jewelry, repairs, or buying from the public is highly desirable About Company We're a third-generation family-owned business.
