RESPONSIBILITIES
Coach and guide your team to drive sales by delivering a seamless and memorable in-store customer experience. Actively support daily store operations and assist the Store Manager with retail management duties. Deliver exceptional customer service by developing in-depth product knowledge and sharing expertise with customers. Lead by example, serving as a role model and providing constructive feedback to support team growth. Assist with hiring and training new staff on store policies, product knowledge, and effective sales techniques. Foster a positive work environment, acting as a bridge between customers and sales associates. Additional responsibilities as required to support business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCES
Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role, or a similar position. At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role or equivalent leadership position. Beauty and cosmetics sales experience preferred , with a passion for the industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite for reporting, store operations, and communication. Self-motivated and proactive , with the ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong leadership, coaching, and training skills to support team development and performance. Adaptable and resourceful , with the ability to quickly adjust to changing product trends, store policies, and business needs. The projected start date for this position will be in August.
Pay:
From $22.00 per hour
