Manage employee schedules, shift assignments, and payroll processing to optimize staffing efficiency. Oversee merchandising, pricing strategies, and promotional activities to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock checks and inventory management systems. Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and store procedures. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and foster lasting customer relationships. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting purposes. Implement marketing initiatives to increase store traffic and brand awareness. Monitor financial performance by managing budgets, sales targets, and expenses with precision. Skills Proven management experience in retail environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Experience with inventory management systems and POS technology. Demonstrated ability to handle cash transactions accurately Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail in stock control and merchandising. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Knowledge of marketing strategies to attract customers and promote products effectively. Ability to train staff on customer service excellence, phone etiquette, and sales techniques. Experience with supervising employees during shifts while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
