Confidential Store Manager Opportunity Automotive Aftermarket Retail The Role A respected and established automotive aftermarket retailer is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a talented team, and drive both customer satisfaction and financial performance. This business specializes in accessories for cars, trucks, and Jeeps, including truck caps, tonneau covers, fleet solutions, lighting upgrades, suspension and lift systems, wheels, tires, seat covers, and related products. Who This Role Is For This position is ideal for someone who: Enjoys developing people and building a positive, accountable team culture Thrives in a leadership role that blends strategy with hands-on execution Is motivated by improving processes, solving problems, and driving results Values a laid-back but high-performing environment Has a genuine interest in the automotive industry Core Responsibilities Business Performance & Strategy Drive store sales and profitability through: Short- and long-term planning Expense and inventory management Execution of operational priorities Team Leadership & Development Lead, coach, and develop store employees by: Maintaining clear and consistent communication Monitoring morale and engagement Supporting training and skill development Reinforcing selling and service standards Store Operations Oversee all aspects of daily store operations, including: Delegation of tasks and responsibilities Scheduling and workflow coordination Compliance with company policies and procedures Collaboration with operations leadership and corporate partners Customer Experience Ensure a consistently high level of customer service by: Supporting staff with training and planning Managing special sales events and promotions Addressing customer questions and resolving concerns professionally Operational Standards & Controls Maintain strong operational discipline across: Visual presentation and organization Safety, security, and loss prevention Inventory accuracy and control Store maintenance and physical assets Administrative tasks and procurement Day-to-Day Snapshot You'll work closely with sales and installation teams to ensure customer projects move smoothly from initial inquiry through final delivery—balancing quality, timeliness, and profitability while keeping the team engaged and focused.
