Job Description
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our location in Scott Afb, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts efficientlyProvide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries or concernsSupervise and motivate team members to achieve store goals and maintain high performance standardsManage cash handling and financial transactions accuratelyEnsure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and quality standardsAssist in inventory management and supply orderingContribute to a positive work environment and foster team collaborationParticipate in employee training and development initiativesHandle administrative tasks such as scheduling and reportingMaintain a clean and organized store environmentQualificationsProven experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service or retail industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectivelyExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanorSolid understanding of store operations and cash management proceduresProficiency in basic math and problem-solving skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekendsPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsBasic computer skills for scheduling, reporting, and other administrative tasksStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to make quick, sound decisions in a dynamic work environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Food safety certification (preferred)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
