In this energetic leadership role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Lead and motivate store staff to meet and exceed sales targets through effective coaching, training, and performance management. Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control. Oversee merchandising, product placement, and pricing strategies to maximize sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of phone etiquette and communication skills. Conduct recruiting activities such as interviewing candidates, onboarding new employees, and supporting employee orientation programs. Monitor inventory levels, perform stock checks, and coordinate purchasing to ensure product availability while managing shrinkage. Implement marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns to increase store traffic and sales performance. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail sales or wireless telecommunications environments with supervising responsibilities. Strong skills in negotiation, team management, and leadership to foster a motivated work environment. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks such as payroll, bookkeeping, budgeting, and inventory management efficiently. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively. Experience with POS systems, retail math, pricing strategies, and cash handling procedures is essential. Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, and supervising staff to ensure high performance standards. Exceptional communication skills paired with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
