Job DescriptionWe are seeking an energetic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 1617 Veterans Ave., Vandalia, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, leading staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and achieving business goalsLead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standardsEnsure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptlyManage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandiseCreate and adjust employee schedules to optimize staffing levelsHandle cash transactions and maintain accurate financial recordsImplement and enforce company policies and proceduresContribute to a positive work environment and promote team collaborationAssist in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive salesEnsure compliance with health, safety, and security standardsQualifications2-3 years of supervisory experience in retail or food service managementProven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersStrong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in inventory management and scheduling techniquesExperience with cash handling and Point of Sale (POS) systemsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysHigh school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferredDemonstrated organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentAdditional InformationBENEFITSFlexible HoursCompetitive wagesEmployee discount on all food itemsAdvancement opportunitiesPaid TrainingIncredible Bonus Structure
