Job DescriptionDomino's Pizza is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Manager to join our team at 2278 Washington Road in Washington, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Oversee daily store operations and manage shifts efficientlyLead and motivate team members to achieve performance goalsEnsure high standards of customer service and food qualityHandle cash management and financial transactions accuratelyAssist in training and developing new team membersMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAnswer phone calls and process customer orders promptlyCollaborate with the store manager to implement company policies and proceduresResolve customer concerns and complaints professionallyContribute to inventory management and stock controlAssist in scheduling and staffing to meet business needsPromote a positive and team-oriented work cultureQualificationsProven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in the food service industryStrong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team membersExcellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanorProficiency in math and problem-solving for effective cash handling and inventory managementAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPhysical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periodsFlexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situationsProficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applicationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plusAdditional InformationWhat are we looking for? Assistant Manager:
- Experience leading a team; during your shift, you will manage a staff of anywhere from 3 to 30 people. You will need to use your stellar attitude and motivational skills to get them in the right place, at the right time and doing the right thing all while creating a great place to work.
- A clean driving record and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check. Safety is a priority for us and we want to make sure anyone we put on the road is safe to be there. You will also need access to reliable vehicle that is insured and have a valid driver's license
- A great role model - you're the person everyone will look to. From being on time for your shift, to having a great attitude to customers and co-workers and even how you dress - you have to have high standards for yourself and the rest of the team.
- You have to be at least 18 years old.
